In this class we will learn how to determine when fruit is ripe, ways to cut and or peel, where the secret vitamins are found, and explore different ways to enjoy. Each student will get to try fresh and frozen fruit including some that aren’t as well known. Students will also make their own fruit slush to drink and to freeze as a popsicle. Time to get your lunchboxes ready! In this class we will explore the many options to make your lunches fun, exciting, and healthy!! Cooking Classes At Pint Size Chefs, the lesson plan is as simple as a recipe and the final project is a mouth watering masterpiece. Your pint size chef will gain hands on experience while they explore the lost art of made-from-scratch as well as how to combine everyday convenience items to create gourmet meals. All this while learning kitchen safety, nutrition, food science, and etiquette, in a safe and exciting environment. And perhaps the best part is you still have a clean kitchen! We are currently offering classes for the following age groups. |
